delivery. We keep these details on file in case there is a problem with your

When ordering from Godshill Orchards, we will retain our
customers details in order to comply with any legal obligations as laid down by
UK. Your data will always be kept secure and we do not share this information
with any others. In the rare event that there is a product recall on any of the
products you have purchased we will contact you directly using the personal
data you have provided at the time of placing your order.

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You are entitled to view and amend the personal information
that we hold. Email your request to our data protection officer who can be

delete any personal details relating to any orders that you have placed with Godshill
Orchards. However please be assured that your data will always be kept secure
and we do not share this information with any others.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES & SOCIAL MEDIA

Godshill Orchards website includes links to other sites such
as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. We does not control third party sites and
we encourage you to read the Privacy Policy of such sites. We do not share your
personal data with third party sites.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

If you are a wholesale customer, we keep your contact
details on file to communicate with you regarding your orders and to follow up
in case of any problems. We never share your details with anyone else.

Shipping policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

We are only able to deliver to UK
mainland addresses.

All orders are usually dispatched
within 3-5 working days, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery from
the day of dispatch.

If the recipient/addressee/delivery
address refuses delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the
"sorry we missed you" card left by your delivery driver or your
parcel is being held at your local collection depot over the amount of days
stated by the courier/Royal Mail policy, your order will be returned to us, the
sender. Once your returned order has been received by us, we will refund your
order excluding the cost of delivery regardless of whether delivery has been
paid on the initial order. If you do require your order to be resent, you will
be required to pay the delivery charge again.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Delivery lead times are estimated
and cannot be guaranteed.

If you require your order by a
specific date please state clearly when ordering and we will do our utmost to
meet it.

During busy periods, delays may
occur, so please bear with us.

GENERAL TERMS

Your order is not accepted until
you have received a confirmation email from Godshill Orchards.

We reserve the right to cancel your
order for any reason.

There terms are governed by the
laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be decided by the courts of
England & Wales.     

These policies do not affect your
statuary rights.

Goods advertised on this website
are subject to change in price & availability without notice.

Cancellations

We are only able to deliver to UK

Refunds & Returns

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Unfortunately, Godshill Orchards cannot accept returns of
any perishable, food or fresh products purchased on line from Godshill Orchards.
If you would like to return any non-perishable, non-food or non-fresh products
you may do so within 14 working days of receiving the goods. Return postage
must be paid for by the customer and will not be reimbursed by Godshill
Orchards.

FAULTY

Godshill Orchards will accept returns of faulty or damaged
items provided they are reported to us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Our claims investigations team will only accept claims for damages, shortages
or packing errors if reported within 2 working days of receipt of goods.

Payments

All transactions are in £ sterling. Payments
are made via credit or debit cards, subject to authority from the card issuer.

Most major credit / debit cards are
accepted. We do not accept American Express as a payment option.

When placing your order over the internet,
your details are transmitted over a secure network connection and we never see
your card details, ensuring your personal protection. We do not accept American
Express.
